The primary goal of our Villa Services Concierge is to provide support and a discrete suite of customizable services for guests to enjoy the perfect vacation. Designed from a foundation of quality, these additional services are tailored to reflect and enhance the overall vacation experience.

Tropical Paradise Property Management will relieve villa owners of the responsibility of managing their guests’ expectations. Our Villa Services Concierge assumes that responsibility, thereby ensuring happy guests who will refer their friends, family and business associates to your property. Guests may choose Personal Concierge Service or chose from among any of our optional services:

• Villa Services Concierge – provide unique "hands on" services for your villa guests from first contact through to the end of the rental, encompassing all of the following optional services:
• Airport Pickup – should your guests prefer, limo service for land transportation can be arranged, including VIP services and even private plane transportation;
• Massage & Spa Treatments – working through the local service providers, we help arrange massages, facials, pedicures, manicures and hairstyling in your villa;
• Childcare - arrange for reliable and trustworthy childcare;
• Housekeeping - provide experienced maid service;
• Private Chef - recommend and oversee top level chefs who can satisfy even the most whimsical palate;
• Cellular Phone Rentals – provide cellular telephones and phone cards so your guests can remain in touch with family and friends;
• Car Rentals – coordinate with Hertz for private automobile rentals;
• Taxi Services – coordinate local taxi services as either 'on call' or 'stand by';
• Excursions & Tours – coordinate with the multiple tour companies on the island to help provide access to the activities your guests desire to experience;
• Real Estate Tours – provide personalized tours for guests who may be interested in investing in Turks and Caicos;
• Golf Reservations - plan and coordinate private golf lessons and/or tee-off times;
• Restaurant Reservations – plan and coordinate reservations at local restaurants;
• Shopping - stock the fridge with all the staples and/or 'goodies' your guests would like to have available when they arrive and during their stay;
• Event Management – oversee and coordinate various events such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, renewal of vows and corporate events;
• Wedding Planning – assist in the planning and management of an island wedding or the renewal of vows in your villa;
• Special Services – provide access to virtually any service available in TCI not already covered, exactly like a personal concierge in a five star hotel!
