Tropical Paradise Property Management is an enterprise devoted to providing services based on attentiveness, reliability, flexibility, integrity, resourcefulness, and creativity. TPPM understands first-hand the level of care that is required in order to ensure satisfaction and peace of mind for the owners of the homes we care for. Our aim is to provide owners secure and carefree enjoyment of their home away from home in the TCI. Although the services we provide are constantly being redefined by owner needs, the fundamental activities of our work can be reviewed below.

Tropical Paradise Property Management will procure, coordinate and manage the following maintenance, tenant and guest service functions on your behalf:

• We will personally inspect all inventories and provide regular updates to our owners.
• We will procure and coordinate excellent grounds & facilities maintenance services which will include the cutting of trees to owner’s specification including edging and trimming of all areas of your property. Shrub pruning will be carried out as needed.
• We will arrange for interior and exterior pest control to be carried out as needed.
• We will arrange for exceptional pool care services. Your pool thoroughly cleaned and chemically balanced. In addition, the deck and pool furniture are washed down. Pool care scheduled on a weekly basis or as requested.
• We will arrange HVAC services (air conditioning) that will be checked monthly and filters will be changed every two months. The temperature settings will be checked prior to guest arrival to your property. Full service maintenance will be carried out every 12 months. In addition, to our annual full maintenance program we will make any necessary repairs to ensure that guest experience is of the highest quality. We will seek your approval first of course, and if an emergency should ever arise, we will use our discretion in solving challenges.
• We will personally visit the property on a weekly basis to ensure that your property is kept in pristine condition and to ensure that your home is receiving the best care.
• We will set up or maintain direct payments for the water, electricity, telephone, gas and cable TV.
• We will provide 24 hours/7 days a week concierge services to guests via a list of contact numbers in your home along with a directory of insightful information regarding your home and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
• We will coordinate a property cleaning service after each guest party leaves the home. In addition, we can also provide mid-week cleaning if desired. This includes the laundering of bed linens and towels, the thorough cleaning and sanitation of all bathrooms, kitchen, interior and replenishment of all bath products.
• We will provide optional vehicle maintenance & insurance service – provide periodic maintenance checkups and cleaning of your vehicle to keep it in top operating condition. Recommend the preparation of a complete vehicle insurance program providing collision and liability coverage for your approval. Ensure registration and inspections are kept up to date and current;
• We will provide optional property & liability insurance service – recommend complete insurance programs and umbrella liability policies for your property;
• We will act as project managers for optional Refurbishment Service – as well as any small to midsize construction work that you may choose to undertake. Our fee for this service will be equivalent to10% of the project cost.
