Richard Sankar, CEO/Broker

Richard Sankar is originally from Trinidad and emigrated to Toronto, Canada in 1982 to attend Ryerson University where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Management Degree with a major in Information Systems. Mr. Sankar worked in the computer industry in roles such as computer analyst, project co-ordinator and computer trainer. He obtained an Ontario Real Estate license in 1993 and has been actively involved in sales since that time. He moved to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands in March 1997 to join Prestigious Properties. In 2007 he co-founded Tropical Paradise Realty - he is a member of the board of directors and serves the company as its CEO.

Mr. Sankar continues to improve his analytical skills and is currently enrolled in an executive MS in Real Estate Development at Nova Southeastern University. This continuing education will assist the company to expand the development consulting side of the business.
